Project management has been described as the art of managing change. At IEC we specialize in managing that change for the client utilizing industry accepted practices as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Although each project undertaken is unique from any other project, applying a structured approach to managing that project ensures that we meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.

We manage all aspects of your project, from initiation and planning thru control, execution and closeout. We start with integration management and work closely with you to develop and execute the project plan and implement overall change control. We develop and define project scope with you, the customer, to ensure we meet your business objectives and proactively manage that scope throughout the duration of the project.

Through development of formal project plans, work breakdown structures, project schedules, status reporting, performance reporting and lessons learned we ensure that projects are on time, on budget, communicated effectively and that a quality product is delivered. Additionally, we use techniques such as flowcharting, decision trees and contingency planning to mitigate inherent risks that exist in every project.
